Ordering exhibitor passes

You can order exhibitor passes via the Online Service Center (OSC). Once you have paid your stand rental invoice, voucher codes for exhibitor passes are available in the OSC download area.

Please note that the exhibitor passes must be converted into personalised exhibitor passes in the registration portal before use.

Parking tickets

You can order parking tickets via the Online Service Center. The parking tickets are expected to be available in the OSC download area around three weeks before the start of the trade fair.

Guest Tickets

Ordering guest tickets 

Guest tickets, exhibitor passes and parking tickets can be ordered via the Online Service Center. The guest tickets are expected to be available in the OSC download area around three weeks before the start of the trade fair.

Please note that guest tickets must be converted into tickets in the AERO Friedrichshafen ticket store.
