Jan-Eric Putze

Jan-Eric Putze is a banking specialist who joined DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH as a consultant in 2007. From 2008 to 2013, he was responsible for sales and logistics of aviation publications. In 2014, he moved to DFS subsidiary R. Eisenschmidt GmbH as a procurator and operational manager, where he held the sole CEO position from 2016 to 2018. Since January 1, 2019, Jan-Eric Putze has been the CEO of Droniq GmbH, a joint venture of DFS and Telekom, focusing on providing, marketing, and selling services for drones and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) across Europe. As President of the European initiative "Alliance for New Mobility Europe (AME)," founded in 2021, he advocates for the integration of drones in complex environments across Europe and supports the development of the UAV market. Additionally, he is an active commercial pilot, flight instructor, and examiner in general aviation. His career includes serving as a board member of a mid-sized aviation company based in Friedrichshafen and CEO of a Luxembourg-based company specializing in aviation personnel placement. He also led information technology projects as a project portfolio manager for a transaction bank based in Sossenheim/Frankfurt.
